Your healing awaits Your healing is a combination of what is needed, Reiki/Shamanic/Trance Energy, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Somatic Healing, that will help you feel lifted and lighter. As a medium and psychic I link in with your physical, emotional and spiritual energy to help you integrate your session afterwards. I've worked successfully in this way for over 14yrs WHAT DO I NEED TO DO, HOW DO I PREPARE? The more sensitive, empathic, spiritually aware you are, the more you may feel and be aware of the energy. For that reason, settling and calming yourself as best you can, for 10-20mins before a session will find you more receptive, this allows you a quieter space to listen to your body, your mind and to the way you feel. Healing energy can be experienced as movement internally, heaviness, popping within the body, sweeps of energy rushing out of the body, heat, cold, pain, tingling, tipping, tilting, lifting, fuzzy warmth plus many more bizarre ways. You are cocooned in a safe space while the session is completed HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED? Maybe think of Reiki as a self-care ritual, it builds you up to feeling brighter, more in control of your feelings. There doesn't have to be anything wrong for you to have a session, it's refreshing and revitalising to receive monthly, like a massage for your soul. Why not try Reiki once a month for a few months? You can carry on if you'd like to, but I tend to find clients generally see such benefit they like to come either regularly or in periodic bursts to top themselves up Setting time scales eg 6 sessions builds not only expectations, but a belief we won't be 'right' until we've received all 6. Be careful with your mindset here, integrating and processing your experience, the aftermath etc, will be a better lead for you I THINK I NEED TO TALK TOO If what you have stored up psychologically is eg deeper, traumatic or unknown, you might best suit a slow unpacking with ongoing 'Transform through Healing or Pathway for Change'.
